Every employer who wants to employ a foreign employee must apply for a work permit; this is a legal requirement. There are a number of conditions that must be met, among which that the vacancy must be reported to the SOAW Ministry before the application is submitted. The employee of foreign origin must have a valid residence permit. The employee must prove his income by submitting the work permit that was granted to him.
